Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing/operations experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily tier meetings and visual management for safety, quality, delivery, cost/productivity, and inventory.
• Oversee shift operations and supervise production activities to meet deadlines.
• Develop and establish manufacturing priorities based on the production schedule.
• Apply lean manufacturing tools to reduce costs, lead times, and inventory.
• Coach and develop team, manage performance, and initiate disciplinary actions when required.
