Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of manufacturing/operations experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/operations environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations, safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity on shift.
• Plan manufacturing priorities and meet operating budgets.
• Use lean tools to reduce costs, inventory and lead times.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Develop and coach team members; manage performance and disciplinary actions.
