Job summary

Leviat is seeking a Production Supervisor with knowledge of production processes and systems, coupled with strong multitasking abilities. The Production Supervisor will be tasked with enhancing productivity through innovative methods and inspiring staff to achieve higher performance levels.

This position will collaborate closely with all levels of management and hourly employees to prioritize safety and foster our safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in production supervision or management.
• Familiarity with building materials manufacturing preferred.
• Strong time management and delegation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Experience in training, influencing, motivating, and leading others.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and oversee employees.
• Ensure adherence to the production schedule.
• Assess quality of goods prior to shipping.
• Oversee production staff, daily operations, and productivity.
• Maintain maintenance standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct daily inspections, coordinate equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments and customers.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as required.
