MITER Brands is seeking a 1st Shift Supervisor to lead a fabrication team, overseeing staffing, training, and daily operations from 5:00am to 1:30pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime and Saturday as needed. The role focuses on achieving quality, productivity, and cost objectives, while ensuring safety and on-time delivery.
The supervisor will drive Lean initiatives, develop people, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain production flow and customer satisfaction.

Pay Range: $76,000 - $94,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications
This position supervises the 1st Shift which typically runs Monday-Friday from 5:00am – 1:30pm. Flexibility to work overtime & Saturday as needed to meet the needs of the business, and our customers, is required.
