MITER Brands is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the loading and warehouse teams on the 2nd shift in Sacramento, CA. This role is responsible for supervising 20–25 employees and coordinating activities to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications include 2–3 years of warehouse supervision experience and a High School diploma; Some college is preferred. The position emphasizes safety and collaboration with sales, production, and logistics partners.
Pay Range: $76,000 - $95,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications. This Warehouse Supervisor is a member of plant leadership team. This position is responsible for the overall supervision of the warehouse and loading operation to include Stockers and Loaders. This position will be overseeing between 20-25 employees, both Lead and regular warehouse employees. Responsible for the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse and loading operation. This position will supervise the 2nd shift which runs Monday – Friday from 4:00pm – 1:00am. Flexibility is required as needed to meet the needs of the business and our customers, and this could include occasional Saturday work.
