Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Production Operator to perform setup and operation of various machines in a high‑production environment. You will ensure product quality, document data, and follow safety procedures while meeting production targets.

The role requires basic English literacy, the ability to handle 10‑50 lb materials, and willingness to work overtime. A high school diploma is preferred, with manufacturing experience valued.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends as necessary.
• Ability to read and comprehend English written instructions and shop documents.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the shop traveler (job order, instructions, customer specs).
• Set up and operate machinery per department processes and job requirements.
• Evaluate product quality and record defects per procedures.
• Record data and maintain quality data in the system.
• Escalate issues to production technician or management promptly.
• Acquire materials and maintain a clean, safe work area.
