Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing shift, ensuring safe, high-quality, on-time production. You will coach staff, manage workflow, and coordinate with Operations leadership to resolve issues and meet schedules.

The role emphasizes process improvement, teamwork, and adherence to GMP practices while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the plant.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem solving and resolution aptitude.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Mathematical ability to perform basic calculations.
• Ability to communicate effectively by telephone and in group settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety, quality and compliance within the team.
• Lead the production line and ensure on-time delivery.
• Train and develop production staff on shift.
• Plan and direct daily production work and resolve issues.
• Communicate with Directors and Managers about workflow and concerns.
• Monitor schedules and estimate completion times.
• Supervise equipment and allocate resources as needed.
• Recruit and onboard new employees; oversee performance.
