Job summary

Blount Fine Foods seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee a manufacturing division, ensuring profitability, quality, and productivity. The role leads 2-6 supervisors, drives data-driven improvements, and coordinates with senior leadership on goals and initiatives.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3-5 years of managerial experience in manufacturing, with strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years in a manager role in a manufacturing environment.
• Microsoft Office skills to include Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze department performance data to meet goals.
• Understand and apply SPC practices for operation validation.
• Analyze current production processes and implement improvements.
• Serve as department ambassador and coordinate with VP Operations and Supervisors.
• Lead weekly meetings and conduct staff reviews and development opportunities.
• Enforce corporate safety policies and procedures.
