Qualifications

• 2-4-year degree and 3-5 years supervisory experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, self-motivated and safety conscious.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze and utilize departmental performance data to meet goals.
• Understand and apply SPC practices to validate operations.
• Analyze OEE, KPI, and EFF metrics and report findings.
• Lead continuous process improvements and change implementation.
• Mentor and evaluate staff; drive learning and development.
• Act as department ambassador and align goals with Operations leadership.
