Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Supervisor for Manufacturing & Process Execution in West Chester, OH. The role leads Process Operation (Formulation & Parts Prep), ensuring compliant, efficient production and team development.

The position requires GMP/regulatory experience, prior supervision, and strong leadership. Responsibilities include training, SOP development, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum GMP/regulatory production experience.
• Previous supervisory experience and strong leadership.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct PET personnel and optimize equipment use to produce quality products.
• Coordinate PET activities, scheduling, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure cGMP compliance and documentation practices across production.
• Train PET personnel on equipment, processes and SOPs; support change controls.
• Promote safe work practices and adjust to audits and investigations as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize processes and participate in new equipment qualification.
• Lead or co-lead life cycle management of PET/assets and cross-functional teams.
