Home Chef in Bedford Park, IL is seeking a Production Associate to label, portion, bag/kitting meals and ship orders while following GMPs and SQF standards. This 1st shift role runs from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off, offering a hands-on environment in a fast-paced food production facility.

You will collaborate with supervisors, use proper measuring tools, and maintain attention to detail in a team setting, ensuring quality and food safety practices across the floor.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma preferred but not required.
• 6+ months of production/warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.

Responsabilités

• Label packaging at the standard average rate.
• Portion ingredients using proper measuring utensils.
• Visually inspect produce.
• Receive direction from Supervisor or Production Lead to fulfill production requirements.
• Transition between tasks as needed and support shipping goals.
