Job summary

Home Chef in Illinois is hiring for an RTH Helper on a 2nd shift (4:00 PM to 12:30 AM) with Saturdays and Sundays off. You will perform labeling, portioning, and meal bagging following SOPs and BP, while complying with GMP and PPE standards to ensure food safety.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma (preferred) and 6+ months in a production/warehouse setting, with an ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma preferred but not required.
• 6+ months of production/warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.

Responsibilities

• Label packaging at the standard rate and portion ingredients accurately.
• Follow GMP and PPE standards in the RTE/RTH area.
• Report damages, missing parts, or foreign materials to leadership.
• Assist with general production tasks and contribute ideas for improvement.
