Home Chef in Illinois is seeking an RTH Helper to support labeling, portioning, and meal bagging in a fast-paced production environment. This role follows SOPs and BP, works 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM with weekends off, and requires strict adherence to GMP, PPE, and food-safety standards.

Ideal candidates have HS diploma (or equivalent) and at least 6 months in production/warehouse settings, plus the ability to collaborate with teammates and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Competenze

• HS Diploma preferred but not required.
• 6+ months of production/warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.

Mansioni

• Follow SOPs and BP.
• Label packaging and portion ingredients to correct measurements.
• Bag meals and ensure correct quantities.
• Follow GMP and PPE standards (safety goggles, blue aprons, white sleeves, footwear).
• Report damages, missing parts, or foreign materials to FSQA/Leadership.
• Contribute ideas for improvements to RTH leadership.
