The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience with manufacturing machinery, reads blueprints, and uses measuring tools. ITAR compliance applies to this position.

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Process Technician - 1st Shift. The core hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:Perform all duties required to set up, assemble, operate, and maintain a variety of equipmentPlan and perform mold set up and processing to ensure optimal utilization of labor and machineryTroubleshoot issues with machines, tools, materials, and equipment and make repairs and adjustments as needed or escalate for additional technical assistanceAssemble molds and components as specified by orders, routers, and blueprintsBreak down, clean, and store used molds and components, removing carbon, rust, or excess rubberPerform first piece inspections of parts to ensure they are in tolerancePerform molding operation duties as needed to maintain flow of work through the departmentMaintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly mannerPerform other duties as requiredQualifications:Basic (Required) Qualifications:Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institutionA minimum of two (2) years of experience programming, setting, running, and performing maintenance on manufacturing machineryExperience with various measuring instruments and ability to read blueprints.This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
