Johnson Controls is seeking a Plant Production Supervisor 1st Shift in San Antonio, TX. The role leads a fabrication team to meet daily assembly and sub-assembly production goals with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

The position requires a university degree (or equivalent) with several years of supervisory manufacturing experience, plus proficiency in MS Office. A bonus plan and comprehensive benefits are offered in a salaried role.

Competenze

• University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing.
• Proficiency using MS Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Direct and coordinate workflow within the assigned department to meet daily production schedules.
• Control costs within budget, minimize scrap and rework.
• Anticipate and respond to production problems or material shortages.
• Provide technical assistance for equipment malfunctions and repairs.
• Promote safe work environment and maintain production records.
