Job summary

OG is seeking a Plant Supervisor for the first shift to lead production efforts in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role focuses on coaching, developing employees, and delivering safety, quality, and productivity results.

You will mentor teams, oversee daily activities, participate in hiring decisions with HR, and drive continuous improvement through training, performance reviews, and 5S initiatives. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of direct supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3–5 years of narrow web flexographic printing experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities; proficient with MS Office and manufacturing software.
• 100% onsite in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and direct the team to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Direct daily production activities across assigned departments and monitor performance on the floor.
• Partner with Human Resources on interviews and hiring decisions to select top talent.
• Champion a safety-first culture by serving on the safety team and enforcing safe practices.
• Establish and maintain training standards for new employees and monitor progress.
