Job summary

WOW Logistics Company, LLC in Loves Park, IL is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support order fulfillment, operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, and maintain precise inventory using RF scanning. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

You will participate in a comprehensive 2-week paid training program, with ongoing mentorship to build skills for daily operations. This is a safety-sensitive position in a 38-degree cooler warehouse.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months reach truck or sit-down forklift experience preferred.
• Training program provided for operating forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Safety policies and PPE rules are required on every shift.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and verify shipments.
• Operate MHE such as forklifts safely following safety policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet high-demand workloads with accuracy.
• Receive, store, and ship products; maintain inventory records using RF scanning.
