• Load Coordination: Oversee scheduling and movement of all loads entering and leaving the distribution center.
• Customer Communication: Maintain clear communication with customers, truck drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse staff via email, phone, or in person.
• Data Entry: Enter inventory data, create invoices, and generate bills of lading.
• Problem Solving: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues while ensuring quality control.

This clerical position is a key resource to our customers, truck drivers, and warehouse employees.The Operations Coordinator carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner.
