Job summary

WOW Logistics is seeking an Operations Coordinator for our Jerome Distribution Center in Jerome, Idaho. This clerical role supports customers, truck drivers, and warehouse staff by handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues quickly and professionally.

You will oversee load scheduling, maintain clear communications with customers and drivers, enter inventory data, generate invoices and bills of lading, and assist with troubleshooting to uphold service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and clerical duties preferred.
• Ability to enter inventory data and generate bills of lading.
• Strong communication with customers, drivers and staff.
• Ability to troubleshoot customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Attention to detail in data entry and load coordination.

Responsibilities

• Load scheduling and movement oversight for loads entering/leaving the DC.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, drivers, dispatchers and warehouse staff.
• Data entry of inventory, generate invoices and bills of lading.
• Assist in troubleshooting customer issues while upholding quality control.
