Job summary

WOW Logistics is seeking an Operations Coordinator for our WI Rapids Dry Distribution Center. This clerical role supports smooth operations, responds to inquiries, processes orders, and handles shipments, coordinating with customers, truck drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse staff.

You will manage load coordination, maintain clear communication via email/phone, perform data entry for inventory, invoices, and bills of lading, and assist in troubleshooting customer issues while upholding quality

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or similar clerical roles.
• Ability to perform data entry, invoicing, and basic clerical tasks.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Load Coordination: oversee scheduling and movement of loads entering/leaving the center.
• Customer Communication: maintain clear contact with customers, drivers, dispatchers, and staff.
• Data Entry: accurately enter inventory data, create invoices, and generate bills of lading.
• Problem Solving: assist in troubleshooting customer issues while maintaining quality control.

This clerical position is a key resource to our customers, truck drivers, and warehouse employees.The Operations Coordinator carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner.
