Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a Team Leader for on-site work to drive Lean initiatives, oversee scheduling, and ensure safety and quality across production lines.

You will lead and develop team leaders, coordinate with multiple departments, and uphold EHS standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role is hourly with a comprehensive Thrive at Work program and benefits.

• Assigns work schedules and coordinates overtime.
• Ensures the safety of employees and adherence to EHS requirements.
• Monitors the quality of products and work.
• Troubleshoots simple machines, processes, or products, or employee issues.
• Leads and trains team leaders, provides feedback and coaching.
• Frequently communicates with team members, supervisors, and across departments, and with plant leaders.
• Coaches other team leaders.
