Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a manufacturing leader to drive safety, efficiency, and quality across production lines in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The role focuses on supervising multiple processes, implementing new tools and processes, and maintaining world-class standards while building a high-performance team.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering/Operations/Business with 7+ years in manufacturing, plus 5+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field with 7+ years of progressive manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Candidates with an Associate degree and 9+ years of experience, or equivalent manufacturing experience in lieu of a degree, will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability; well-developed oral and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supervision of multiple processes.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma preferred.

  • Build positive employee relations and support a high-performance team culture.
  • Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and equipment.
  • Improve team and departmental quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Supervise staff to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to standard.
  • Operate within established budget requirement.

What You Will Bring
