Job summary

Trane Technologies in Mobile, AL is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Support associate to provide solutions, process orders, and grow sales by identifying related products.

You will interact with customers by phone and in person, maintain up-to-date knowledge of Trane products and promotions, and support warehouse tasks as needed. This role offers immediate benefits and a competitive hourly wage.

• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends when required.

Where Is The Work

What You Will Do

• Provide support to customers and find the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Partners with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add on extensions.
• Process customer orders and respond to inquiries, questions or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and future sales.
• Keep current on knowledge of Trane Products, offerings, and promotions in order to provide a premier customer experience and drive sales.
• Interact with customers both on the phone and in person.
• Executes quote and order management processes with high level of accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery – entering quotes and invoices and follow through on fulfillment.
• Assists with warehouse/inventory management work as needed.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

What You Will Bring

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Inside sales, retail, or related experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer focused environment with a focus on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety.
• Proven experience in building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service even in challenging situations.
