Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated stability: minimum 2+ years at each employer.
• Foundry/melt operations background preferred.
• Basic mechanical and mathematical abilities for weighing and materials handling.
• Within 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain industrial melting furnaces and manage raw material charging.
• Tap and skim molten metal to meet melt specifications.
• Pull lab samples for alloy verification and quality control.
• Perform basic furnace maintenance and equipment housekeeping.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, hoists) safely.
• Record production data and ensure accuracy of logs and reports.
• Maintain safety practices and 5S standards on the shop floor.
