Job summary

All Fleet Inc in Illinois is seeking a full-time 1st shift dispatcher for a fleet of 100+ technicians, providing 24-hour road service for over-the-road repairs. This role requires industry or call center experience and the ability to coordinate urgent repairs.

You will answer calls, gather truck or trailer details, dispatch mobile technicians, and act as the lifeline for customers to get back on the road quickly. Strong multitasking and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and document important information.
• Coordinate with departments or field units to resolve issues.
• Plan efficient routes and allocate technicians effectively.
• Operate a multi-line telephone console.
• Prioritize calls based on urgency.
• Supervise field unit routes and schedules.
• Maintain call logs, records, and documentation.
• Use computer, phone, and text to communicate with technicians and customers.
• Manage large accounts and build relationships with key personnel.
• Communicate with drivers and mechanics on repairs and service needs.
• Investigate and resolve queries from national accounts.
