Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience and Forklift/PIT maintenance.
• 3 years mechanical exp.; 3-6 years electrical/electronic/controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform major electrical, mechanical and construction repairs from schematics.
• Troubleshoot to component level for Fanuc, Siemens, Allen Bradley and other brands.
• Identify root causes and recommend preventative actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain CMMS records, work orders and parts inventory.
• Communicate status of equipment with internal customers.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Keep work area clean and tools in good order.
• Follow safety protocols and TPM implementation.
