Trane Technologies seeks a capable Team Leader to guide Lean initiatives, coordinate schedules, and ensure safe, efficient production. You will lead meetings, monitor quality, and coach fellow leaders to drive continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, cross-functional communication, and adherence to EHS standards, with a strong focus on employee development and operational excellence.

Responsabilités

• Leads MDI board meetings and other Lean related activities.
• Assigns work schedules and coordinates overtime.
• Ensures the safety of employees and adherence to EHS requirements.
• Monitors the quality of products and work.
• Troubleshoots simple machines, processes, or products, or employee issues.
• Leads and trains team leaders, provides feedback and coaching.
• Frequently communicates with team members, supervisors, and across departments, and with plant leaders.
• Coaches other team leaders.
