Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a production operator to contribute across the production process, including operation of automated equipment, initial diagnosis of machinery issues, preventative maintenance, and sanitation.

You may rotate assignments and support a safe, compliant work environment to protect product quality and safety. Responsibilities include following production schedules, operating mixers and dividers, inspecting equipment, and maintaining clean, organized work areas while

Qualifications

• Two years related bakery or production experience.
• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Salary Range- $27.15 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Checks production work schedules for job assignment and work reporting time.
• Loads, operates and unloads mixer(s).
• Operates dough pump.
• Performs start-up/shut down sanitation and operator’s preventative maintenance.
• Ensures work area is clean and organized.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, etc.).
• All employees will be responsible and accountable for insuring the quality and safety of every function and all products.
