Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator IV to contribute to a team-oriented production process.

The role involves operating automated production equipment, diagnosing machinery issues, helping with preventative maintenance, and maintaining sanitation of related equipment. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent plus a technical certification, with two or more years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent plus a technical certification.
• Equivalent military training or 45 college credits may substitute for technical training.
• AIB 'Science of Baking' course may be included in certification.

Responsibilities

• Check and adhere to production work schedules and reporting times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area at all times while on duty.
• Operate facility equipment and, if trained, a metal detector per certification.
• Comply with safety rules, GMPs and company policies.
• Ensure product quality and proper equipment adjustments for performance.
