Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a production operator to contribute to all phases of the production process at our Colorado facility. You will operate automated equipment, diagnose machinery, assist with preventative maintenance, and ensure sanitation of equipment.

Rotation across SCALER/DIVIDER, WRAPPING, and PALLETIZER lines may occur to support a safe, compliant operation. You will read schedules, load machines, check weights, and perform quality checks while maintaining a clean, safe work

Qualifications

• Two years related bakery or production experience.
• High school diploma or equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Checks production work schedules for job assignment and work reporting time.
• Checks and maintains production schedule for SCALER/DIVIDER OPERATOR.
• Loads, operates and unloads mixer(s) and dough pump; checks weights.
• Sets and operates slicer, bagger, and tier equipment; performs QA inspections.
• Ensures the work area is clean and organized; adheres to safety policies.
