Job summary

You may rotate through SCALER/DIVIDER, WRAPPING, PALLETIZER, and other line roles, check production schedules, load and operate machinery, perform sanitation, and uphold quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years related bakery or production experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Checks production schedules and assigns work. Works across different line roles (Scaler/Divider, Wrapper, Palletizer).
• Operates and loads equipment (dough mixer, scales, proofer, etc.).
• Performs sanitation and preventative maintenance; ensures area is clean and organized.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards.
