Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator IV to contribute to a team-oriented production process, operating automated equipment, diagnosing machinery, and aiding in preventative maintenance and sanitation.

You will help maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with GMPs and company policies. The role requires 2+ years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent and may include technical training.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalency plus technical certification.
• Equivalent military or other related technical training may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Check and adhere to production work schedule for job assignments and reporting times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area at all times while on duty.
• Operate facility metal detector(s) after training and certification.
• Comply with safety rules, GMPs and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Set up equipment and ensure safe, compliant production and quality.
