Qualifications

  • Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend basic English for safety, training and follow written and verbal instructions precisely
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for repetitive tasks
  • Able to lift to 30 lbs and stand for up to 10 hours on concrete floors
  • Experience using hand tools and small power tools preferred
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently in a loud, fast-paced setting
  • Must pass a client-specific background check
  • Able to maintain reliable attendance to work the scheduled shift hours

Responsibilities

  • Identify and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisors
  • Assist with general production tasks and other duties as assigned

Job description

Adecco is assisting in the hiring of an Assembly Operator for our established client in Everett. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and following established operational procedures.

Great for entry-level candidates as well as those with prior experience in production or machine operation. In this position, you will support daily manufacturing activities, ensure workflow efficiency, and adhere to detailed instructions to meet production standards with an emphasis on reliable attendance work performance, attention to detail, and compliance with workplace protocols.

In this position you will be required to work Monday through Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble small parts and components using hand tools, microscopes, and other tools

  • Perform detailed inspection, calibration, and testing of products to ensure quality standards

Pay Details:

$20.77 to $22.00 per hour
