Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is assisting in hiring an Assembly Operator for our client in Everett, WA. This role suits entry-level candidates and those with production or machine operation experience.

You will support daily manufacturing tasks, follow established procedures, and strive for accurate, timely output in a fast-paced setting. Shifts run Monday through Thursday, 3:30pm to 2:00am. Duties include assembling with hand tools and microscopes, inspecting/testing, reading blueprints, labeling, moving

Qualifications

  • Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend basic English for safety, training and follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for repetitive tasks.
  • Comfortable working with microscopes and in high-detail environments.
  • Able to lift to 30 lbs. and stand for up to 10 hours on concrete floors.
  • Experience using hand tools and small power tools preferred.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently in a loud, fast-paced setting.
  • Must pass a client-specific background check.
  • Able to maintain reliable attendance to work the scheduled shift hours.

Job description

Adecco is assisting in the hiring of an Assembly Operator for our established client in Everett. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and following established operational procedures.

Great for entry-level candidates as well as those with prior experience in production or machine operation. In this position, you will support daily manufacturing activities, ensure workflow efficiency, and adhere to detailed instructions to meet production standards with an emphasis on reliable attendance work performance, attention to detail, and compliance with workplace protocols.

In this position you will be required to work Monday through Thursday, 3:30pm to 2:00am

Key Responsibilities:

Pay Details:

$22.00 to $24.00 per hour
