Position Details

• Training: 2 weeks on the 1st shift
• Schedule: 3rd shift, with overtime as needed
• Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare products and components using equipmentfollowing safety guidelines at all times.
• Operate equipment including wax mold machines, soldering tools, and automated machinery within well-defined procedures and department standards. Complete well-defined tasks with moderate supervision.
• Conduct visual inspections of finished products to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process and take corrective actions as necessary based on established protocols.
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal operation.
• Complete accurate documentation of operations, quantities produced, and inspection reports.
• Communicate effectively within a work cell, exchanging relevant information with team members.
• Support other tasks as directed by management to meet production goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing, foundry, or inspection experience preferred. Minimum of 6 months of experience in a foundry environment, preferably performing cutoff, snagging, forming, or related manufacturing duties.
• Prior manufacturing and/or quality inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and other work-related documents.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Prior inspection or quality control experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals, working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following all safety and quality standards.
• Proficient in the use of thread gauges and basic measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the workday.

Pay Details

$23.00 per hour
