Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing or production.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong tape measure and measurement skills.
• Good mechanical aptitude and understanding of component assembly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wheelchair ramps and stair lifts per blueprints and work instructions.
• Build 8-foot rail sections with precision.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production drawings.
• Measure and mark materials accurately with a tape measure.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality, fit, function and alignment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety policies and production procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.
• Identify and report assembly issues and assist with solutions.
