Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing or production.

• Good mechanical aptitude and understanding of component assembly.

Responsibilities

Assembler - 1st Shift

Starting Pay: $20.00-22.00/Hour

We are seeking dependable Assemblers who take pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for building wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, and 8-foot rail sections using blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. You'll utilize both hand and power tools to produce safe, reliable products that make a difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble wheelchair ramps and stair lifts according to blueprints and work instructions.
• Build and assemble 8-foot rail sections with precision and consistency.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production drawings.
• Measure and mark materials accurately using a tape measure.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality, fit, function, and alignment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety policies and production procedures.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oconomowoc, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
