Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Assembler for the 1st shift to join our Lake Mills, WI operation. The role focuses on assembling equipment using blueprints, diagrams, and BOMs, including engine rebuilds and component installs. You will safely operate hand and power tools and adhere to defined process flows.

The position is contract-to-hire with multi-shift options and shift premiums. Benefits and a stable workplace culture are provided through Aerotek.

Qualifications

• Reading basic blueprints and diagrams is required.
• Able to interpret specifications and bills of materials.
• Experience with mechanical assembly in manufacturing desired.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and specs to assemble equipment.
• Assemble and rebuild engines and install parts per requirements.
• Use hand and power tools safely to complete tasks.
• Operate hydraulic presses following procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain workstation inventory for continuous workflow.
• Perform quality checks and document defects or rework.
