Job summary

Duo Safety Ladder on the Oshkosh, WI production floor is seeking a mechanically inclined assembler for a 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM), Monday–Friday, with no weekends. You will use hand tools and machines, move products, and assemble parts per standard work instructions.

Post-offer drug screen and HS/GED required. Benefits include health, dental, vision, vacation, sick time, and a birthday leave. Weekly pay and scheduled increases over time supplement base pay.

Qualifications

• HS/GED required.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to read and follow work instructions.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Frequent operation of hand tools and/or machine operation.
• Move product manually between locations on the floor.
• Assemble parts with hand tools.
• Read and follow standardized work instructions.
