Job summary

Read blueprints, gather materials, and follow instructions to ensure quality and on-time delivery. You will verify work with measuring devices, document production activity, and troubleshoot issues while maintaining a clean, safe work area. Strong teamwork, basic math, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, assembly, production, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic math skills.
• Good hand and finger dexterity.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG products.
• Read assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists.
• Gather materials, tools, and components needed for production.
• Position and assemble parts using measurements and templates.
• Verify completed work using measuring devices and quality standards.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and communicate concerns to supervisors.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
