• Education: At least 48 college hours required or bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year educational institution required
• Experience: 1+ year(s) of experience working with children in a classroom or volunteer setting

Responsibilities

• Support Tier 1 instruction in Prekindergarten-Grade 2 under the direction of the lead teacher
• Facilitate small-group learning and provide targeted supports
• Collaborate with lead teachers to ensure mastery and engagement for all students
