Invited in Corinth, TX is seeking a 1st Assistant Golf Professional to oversee daily golf department operations and supervise pro-shop staff. The position requires strong customer service skills, knowledge of golf fundamentals, and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PGA certification (preferred, minimum level 2).
• Strong customer service experience with knowledge of golf fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead golf and pro-shop attendants and outside services staff to deliver exceptional member service.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to staff.
• Oversee pro-shop merchandising, outside services, and daily golf operations to ensure seamless service.
• Manage scheduling, staff recruitment, and adherence to policies and safety protocols.
• Plan and execute club tournaments and events, promoting member engagement and player development.
