CVS Health in Georgia is seeking candidates for a Store Management program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The 16‑week, self-paced program combines virtual and hands‑on learning led by a District Leader and Store Manager mentor.

You’ll engage in customer care, merchandising, and inventory management while growing as a leader. Eligibility includes a HS diploma or GED and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Willingness to accept a promotion to Store Manager in any location within the designated market.
• Ability to transfer to CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market.
• Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with leadership to support progression through the 16‑week program.
• Support the store as a management team member and lead per CVS values.
• Engage colleagues to support the company’s mission of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the market.
