Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to prepare for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training program, with both virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will be supported by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach, developing skills in leadership, customer care, merchandising, and store operations.

Qualifications

• Must communicate well verbally and in writing to lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences during the program.
• Support the store as a management team member and lead per CVS values.
• Engage colleagues in the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
