Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple business lines. This remote role is based in LATAM with schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST/EST.

You will source, screen, interview, and engage candidates through Bullhorn and other channels, partner with Hiring Managers, maintain accurate records, and drive metrics to improve the recruiting process. This is an inclusive, growth-focused opportunity with exposure to diverse roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume hiring.
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment metrics.

Location & Work Schedule

Location: Remote - LATAM (Argentina, Brazil, Perú, Colombia)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST/EST

Our Associate Recruiter is accountable for:

• Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
• Manage a high-volume workload of 15–20 active requisitions while supporting 2–3 client accounts simultaneously or in multiple locations.
• Maintain a consistent hiring cadence, supporting 5+ candidate starts per week while meeting quality and service level expectations.
• Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Kelly's Applicant Tracking System, Bullhorn.
• Conducting recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall alignment.
• Partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a consistent, fair, and inclusive selection process.
• Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Supporting recruiting metrics and reporting to help drive continuous process improvement.
• Building talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume or operational hiring.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented approach with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively while exercising sound judgment and maintaining confidentiality.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of employment practices and recruiting compliance is preferred.
