Job summary

Amazon Hose and Rubber Company, a SunSource company, invites graduates to join GO2, a 12‑month Account Manager training program in the Orlando/Daytona area. You will receive structured paid training, mentorship, and hands‑on product exposure, preparing you to move into a full‑time sales role in an assigned territory.

You will learn full cycle outside sales, build relationships with customers, visit sites with experienced Account Managers, and gain knowledge of the latest industrial technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field is a plus.
• Coursework, training or certifications in Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering is a plus.
• Ability to be conversive in Spanish is a plus.
• Internship or co‑op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Mechanical and/or Electrical interest and aptitude.
• Willingness to relocate for training (12+ months) and for final placement at completion of program.
• Competitive in nature with a passion for winning and a commitment to delivering top results in a performance‑based environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn full cycle outside sales and relationship building skills with new and existing customers.
• Participate in structured paid training at our headquarters in Orlando, with mentorship and product training.
• Work alongside experienced Account Managers during onsite customer visits.
• Learn about the latest industrial technology and how to apply it to real world applications.

Education

Bachelor’s degree

Industrial Distribution / Supply Chain / Sales degree

Coursework in Supply Chain / Sales / Engineering

Spanish language ability

Sales/distribution/manufacturing internship or co-op

Mechanical and/or Electrical interest

Willingness to relocate for training (12+ months)
