Job summary

Applied Controls, a SunSource company, offers a 12-month GO2 Account Manager Training Program in the Exton/Malvern area. You will receive structured paid training, mentorship, and hands-on product training to prepare you for a full-time sales role in an assigned territory.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields, with internship experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field (preferred).
• Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Coursework, training or certifications in Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured paid training at our headquarters in Exton, with mentorship, professional development, and product training.
• Learn full cycle outside sales and relationship-building with new and existing customers.
• Work alongside experienced Account Managers during onsite customer visits.
• Learn about the latest industrial technology and how to apply it to real-world applications.
