Job summary

Stuart Hose & Pipe Co., a SunSource company, invites recent graduates to join the 12-month GO2 Account Manager Training Program in Dallas, TX. You will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience designed to prepare you for a full-time sales role in an assigned territory.

Participants learn full cycle outside sales, build relationships with customers, and gain exposure to industrial technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field is a plus.
• Coursework, training or certifications in Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering is a plus.
• Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Mechanical interest and aptitude.
• Willingness to relocate for training (12+ months) and for final placement at completion of program.
• Competitive in nature with a passion for winning and a commitment to delivering top results in a performance-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured paid training at our headquarters in Dallas, where you will receive ongoing mentorship, professional development, and in-depth product training.
• Learn full cycle outside sales and relationship building skills with new and existing customers.
• Work alongside experienced Account Managers during onsite customer visits.
• Learn about the latest industrial technology, and how to apply it to real world applications.
