Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of operator experience in petrochemical/refinery settings.
• Supervisory experience preferred; able to lead a team and coordinate with multiple shifts.
• Must ensure adherence to Life Saving Rules and safety principles.

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise asset control board within design envelopes.
• Lead shift operations, safety, and training; ensure timely reporting and documentation.
• Coordinate start-up/shutdown, isolation, decontamination, and incident investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement, shift relief, and turnover quality to ensure safe operations.
