INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA, LLC is seeking a Site Shift Lead to provide operations support across assets and act as on-scene Incident Commander during emergencies. You will manage off-hours staffing, safety meetings, and cross-functional coordination on a 12-hour rotating shift including nights and weekends.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in plant operations with strong process troubleshooting, and have TWIC and US work authorization.

Formación

High School diploma or GED required.
10+ years plant operations experience including process troubleshooting.
5+ years Console Operator experience.
TWIC card before first day of employment.
US work authorization without visa sponsorship.
Valid driver's license in the United States.

Responsabilidades

Serve as on-scene Incident Commander during emergencies.
Ensure staffing of Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Medic-qualified personnel.
Lead start-of-shift safety meetings and promote a safety-focused mindset.
Coordinate with Fire & Safety to support emergency response and area clean-up.
Communicate safety, environmental, and process issues after hours to management.
Lead and manage after-hours operations, maintenance and logistics activities.
